CATS, RATS, AND RACCOONS, OH MY!
Please, please, please stop feeding the animals by the dumpster or anywhere else on the property. This unfortunately leads to a damaging situation by encouraging and inviting unwanted scavenging animals such as raccoons and possums to feed in the dumpster. Tenants have been unpleasantly surprised and scared by raccoons jumping from the dumpster.
Be kind to your neighbors
Don't feed the animals and Bag and seal trashbags
